Common questions

Before you call

Do you repair printers at my location?

Yes. Every repair is performed onsite at your home or business. There is nothing to box up or drop off.

Which printers do you work on?

Inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers used in homes and offices. Describe your model when you call and we will confirm.

What if the printer is not worth repairing?

We tell you plainly. If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, you will hear that before you spend anything.

Can you help assemble a new printer?

Yes. We provide onsite equipment assembly and physical installation. We do not provide remote assistance, software support, or telephone-based technical support.

Pick a problem. We will handle the rest.

Call and describe the problem. We will tell you what it likely is, what it costs to find out, and when we can be there.
